Frequency Healing: A brief overview
We live in a world of frequency and vibration but we are just now starting to be able to see the energetic nature of physical reality. This is because our brains are wired to create images that seem real from waves and patterns of information, much like a hologram. Physical reality seems solid and real to us when it is in fact composed of energy- energetic patterns of information that proves the template for construction of a 3D image by our brains.
We also know that our perceptions greatly influence how our brains create physical reality, meaning that our reality is limited by what we are willing to or able to perceive. And our perceptions are greatly influenced by our subconscious mind and the beliefs we hold- whether we are conscious of these beliefs or not. All of this information is held in the bioelectrical field that surrounds our human body and has a direct influence on our physical body.
Frequency based healing works through the principle of resonance, providing us with different resonances we can entrain to that allows us to make changes to the energetic template encoded in the bioelectrical field around our body. And when we change our energetic template, these changes cascade into our mental and emotional fields & our physical bodies.
A Variety of Ways to Experience Frequency Healing
There are many different variations of frequency based healing such as Reiki, Sound healing, and crystal healing to name a few. We are also becoming vastly more aware of different energies & beings that are invisible to us but assist us on a daily basis such as angels, fairies, spirit guides and helpers. Many of us are becoming aware that we have had other lifetimes as different forms other than being a human and that these lifetimes are very connected to this one. There are many different forms of frequencies and many different ways to offer frequency based healing.
Being out in nature is also incredibly healing and is a type of frequency healing in its own way. Becoming aware of your connection to nature often opens your perception to perceiving more energetically and meditating in nature can enhance this. Not all frequency based healing requires a healer, but a healer can be a fantastic resource on your own healing journey, if you feel called to work with one. Welcome! I’m Carissa Elkins and I’m a light language channeler and spirit guide mentor. I am committed to empowering you in remembering that communicating with your spirit guides is something that everyone can learn to do as we all hold intuitive gifts and talents. I find that light language is a fabulous tool for this but you absolutely can learn to connect and communicate with your spirit team regardless of whether you feel drawn to light language. I look forward to meeting and connecting with you.My Story
I’ve been interested in my spirit guides my entire life. I connected with angels, fairies and elementals when I was a child but like many others, forgot about that connection and my connection to spirit as I became a teenager and young adult. Although I was always curious about who my spirit guides were as a teen and younger adult, I didn’t remember how to connect and communicate with them.Later in life, I became activated to light language which reawakened my spiritual abilities that I had suppressed in childhood. I began doing guided meditations to meet my spirit guides and started channeling light language dialects of my guides, which assisted me in communicating them. I’ve studied with a few light language channelers and spirit guides communicators who each in their own way have assisted me in remembering my own way of connecting with my team of spirit guides.

There are many different light beings of the cosmos who are here to help assist humanity with our great awakening, with healing ourselves, and with integrating spiritual truths and higher wisdom. Cosmic beings can assist us with a deeper understanding of who we are and our chosen life path as well as providing energetic support of compassion, love, and understanding. In these healing sessions, myself as well as the cosmic beings who work with me channel the healing frequencies you are most needing to heal yourself or to move your life forward in the most positive and beneficial way for yourself. Divine Prayer Art
I started painting mandala dot art through a series of spirit-led synchronicities. My art is connected with my Hopi Native American spirit guide who calls it "prayer art". Each art piece contains light language encoded into each dot.When I sit down to paint, I connect with my spirit team (or your spirit team) and set an intention for each art piece. I then speak light language as I am painting to encode each dot with that intention. When the piece is finish, my spirit guides and the various beings of light that my guides work with on the inner planes lay the energetic framework and structure for the intention to manifest in our physical reality here on Earth.Intentions can be for healing (specific or general), for empowerment, for clarity, for a specific outcome that you are wanting, or any other intention that you can imagine. Unlocking the Hidden Realms: Spirit Guide Communication Class
There is a team of spirit guides assisting each one of us on our life path as we navigate our life lessons and challenges. In this class, we explore who our spirit guides are, how to connect with them, and how to more deeply understand messages our guides have been sending us. Various exercises will include meditation, journaling, art, and developing a Symbol Library for Enhanced Communication.Date/Time: Saturday August 22nd from 2-5 PM

Light language deepens your connection to Source and All That Is, and is used for communication with spirit guides and for healing.
